Your service is great, but the staff at Shinjuku Gyoen are unprofessional. I arrived at 12:35 with a ticket for 13:00. One of the entrance staff denied my entry, telling me to wait until 13:00. At the same time another customer also holding 13:00 ticket is allowed to enter by another staff! I felt being treated unfairly, I ended up looking for another staff who allowed me to enter. But the whole experience was really bad. Maybe you should have proper training on those staff, they don’t seem like to help a foreigner like me.
