I saw Sankeien's Instagram and thought that the hydrangeas and irises were in full bloom. The hydrangeas were not in full bloom yet, but were expected to reach their peak after mid-June. The irises were spectacular! From now on, even in July, lotus flowers will bloom beautifully. A characteristic of Japanese gardens is that they are beautiful not only on sunny days, but also on rainy or cloudy days. For those who come to Japan from overseas, I would like to recommend this place to stop by while sightseeing in Tokyo or Yokohama.
