Quaint little park with lots of flower displays, garden-related knick-knacks to buy and goods shops, as well as a Starbucks inside and petting zoo with otters and guanine pigs etc. Nice place to go next to the Yomiyuri theme park for a break. Sailor Moon Cosmos collab was nice for those that like to take photos with all the characters displays.
