Booked online. Kept going through process only to find out not enough tickets were available. Finally found a time where it let me get tickets for my family (4), but had a long processing time before saying the site timed out and we needed to repeat the process. Took my wife's suggestion that I book a later date (2 days later), successfully booked it, only to find that we needed a smart phone to use the tickets. Then discovered that the original ticket had gone through, so we had two sets of tickets. Couldn't cancel either (though briefly I saw a cancel ticket button) but that disappeared. Sucked up the cost of the Monday ticket and went on Wednesday, where we didn't have the right paperwork, printouts of our receipt (told we needed a smartphone). Actually, everyone was really nice and tried to be accommodating until we got to their operations centre, where the person was impatient with us, had to be convinced to help us to interpret the Japanese emails (my wife found a free wifi service she piggybacked on) to figure which one showed our ticket (not the Mondays ticket), and ws generally kinda rude. And we were the only customers there.
Anyway, only one elevator up or down, so slow access, but beautiful views.
