We arrived at 8:20 after a delay on the highway. Admittance was supposed to be until 8:30, with the observation deck open until 9. However, it was already closed "because crowded." After hurrying to get to Yokohama that evening for the nighttime view of the city and bay, I was furious. Others arrived and expressed disappointment at the early closure as well. No staff were in the vicinity, otherwise I would have lodged a complaint with them. We were extremely disappointed with the situation.

We returned the following afternoon, and it was worth seeing. However, because we weren't able to see everything at night, what we had bought the tickets to do, it was rather hollow.
