Booked top deck tour. While the family is waiting at the lift lobby to go to the top deck, we were offered welcome drinks. After we waited for about 5 mins, the lift was ready. A young lady wearing the uniform came out and indicated we can go up now. Then she used very awkward English and EXTREMELY BAD. Attitudes told my My mom ‘here’. My mon,who hasn’t finished drinks and was pushing my kids pram, thought the lady wanted us to leave the kids pram here. But what she meant was to ask my mom leave her drinks behind. She couldn’t have been more polite but she was extremely rude. But it’s totally her issue that she couldn’t t use proper English to clearly state what she meant. After this drama, she kept sighing in the lift which was very loud. I would definitely not recommended anyone to come!
