The views were great, however the staff in the tower ruined it for us.

Firstly they only seemed to be concerned with shoving 9 people in a lift only meant for 6, we got told multiple times to line up in 3 lines in the lift when there was only space for 2 lines. 

We even got asked to leave one lift and got told its because we were too heavy to be in the lift with other people which was kind of upsetting, as we had gotten in the other lifts just fine with other people. 

The staff member took the other people in the lift down first and then came back up for us a few minutes later but did not let anyone else come into the lift with us.

The views were great, the staff and their attitude ruined it though.
