The soba-making class is a wonderful experience that is not necessary easy, but truly authentic. Noriko Sensei uses high-quality ingredients and teaches you the master-chef way of hand-making soba noodles from scratch. She herself has a delightful personality and gives you a warm welcome into her studio. I highly recommend this class!!
